Personal SWOT Analysis

You are most likely to succeed in life if you use your talents to their fullest extent. Similarly, you’ll suffer fewer problems if you know what your weaknesses are, and if you manage these weaknesses so they don’t matter in the work you do. So how you go about identifying these strengths and weaknesses and analysing the opportunities and threats that flow from them? SWOT Analysis is a useful technique that helps you do this. What makes SWOT especially powerful is that, with a little thought, it can help you uncover opportunities that you would not otherwise have spotted. And by understanding your weaknesses, you can manage and eliminate threats that might otherwise hurt your ability to move forward. If you look at yourself using the SWOT framework, you can separate yourself from your peers, and further develop the specialized talents and abilities you need to advance your career.

We divide the entire process into three stages:
Self-Assessment: In the first stage participants need to fill in the form, the form is based on the work-life balance principle of four pillars.

Psychometric Assessment: In the second stage the administrator needs to administer these 5 psychometric tools. These are 2 paper-pencil test and 3 are projective techniques.

Third-Party Assessment: The third stage is of 360-degree assessment. We give the form to either boss, peer, friend, family member etc, someone who can give true feedback about the participants.

Brain Training (Memory Development)

Being able to remember new and unfamiliar material is very important for the success of a young adult learner. As these individuals move through high school and beyond larger amounts of new information are transferred to them and the types of content presented are often more complex. Mnemonic strategies have been proven to help individuals recall information by making it easier to remember, more meaningful, and more concrete. Mnemonic strategies are an effective study tool that can be utilized with all students and applied to an array of content areas.

Mnemonic instruction is a way to help students remember information / vocabulary more effectively and easily. It involves linking unfamiliar to be learned information with familiar already known information through the use of a visual picture or letter/word combinations. The use of mnemonics instruction with young adults at the secondary level had been of particular interest as secondary-school students, specifically, those with disabilities, are particularly at risk in academic settings. “Mnemonics are effective when they speed up learning, reduce confusion among similar items, and enhance long-term retention and application of the information.”

We train you three concepts called Mnemonic Device:

1. Story Method
2.
Peg-Word System
3. Mind Mapping

Healthy Relationship

You need to ask this question to yourselves that how much communication do you have with your partner? Or your family members? You need to allocate time to your family member so you can communicate with them. How frequently you communicate is significant? How much time you provide for your communication will choose your sound relationship. The more time you spend with someone, the chances are that you may fell in love with that person. There are five kinds of compatibilities physical, financial, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. The chances are you may not be compatible with your partner in all five compatibilities. Regardless of whether you are good in a few would be adequate. In any relationship, one of the significant variables is your expectations from others. Individuals who have less expectations from others can carry on with a euphoric life. We get physically connected quick but take time to connect emotionally. For a healthy relationship, emotional connection plays a pivotal role.

In 21st century equality is very important; we would like to spend time with such a person who treats us equal. Today’s relationship can survive only when you respect each other. You need to learn to trust your partner and his/her abilities.
